    Shipping Policy

    Delivery
    Most orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days of order placement. During busy periods, it may take us longer to ship, and we appreciate your patience. Our priority is to get your order to you as quickly as possible!

    *Please note that we only process orders on business days (Monday-Friday).

    *Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

    Order Status
    Once your order has been shipped, we will send a notification to the email you provided when you placed the order. This notification should include a tracking number, which you can use to track your package from our fulfillment center to your doorstep.

    We also record the tracking number in your account purchase history for registered users.

    Note: If you don't see delivery information when you click on the order tracking link, don't worry! Sometimes, there may be a 24-hour delay in seeing tracking progress from the time we transmit to the first scan by the shipper at one of the destinations.

    Shipping Time
    You will see an estimated delivery date on the checkout page. Shipping times vary by region.

    Important Tips
    If you don't receive your package by the estimated delivery date, you can check the status of your order online in your Account Center. If you have any additional questions, please contact us.
